Cara pembuatan Cornflakes Cookies
- Mixer mentega dan gula halus hingga putih mengembang. Masukkan telur dan mixer kembali hingga rata saja.
- Masukkan tepung terigu, susu bubuk dan baking powder yang telah diayak lalu aduk rata secara perlahan dengan spatula.
- Masukkan cornflakes yg telah dihancurkan dan diaduk hingga rata.
- Hancurkan cornflakes secukupnya untuk baluran. Ambil adonan sekitar 5 gram dan balurkan dengan cornflakes. Letakkan diloyang, diberi jarak ya.
- Panggang selama 25 - 30 menit / hingga matang. Pindahkan ke wadah setelah sejuk.
