- Bungkus pakai baking paper dan bungkus dengan plastic wrap masukan ke kulkas kurang lebih 1 jam agar tidak meleleh adonannya, karena butter / margarin cepet lumer ya di suhu panas. keluarkan lalu scopp kecil2 bulet2 jarakkin antara adonan agar ketika baking tidak nempel semua.
- Baking dengan 170derajat kurang lebih 10-12 menit sampai pinggir agak golden soft (kira2 aja ya hasil seperti di foto), ketika baru keluar oven, pindahin langsung ke cooling rack agar tidak lengket di baking paper.. (moon maap ini hasilnya mungkin kurang rapi ya, hihi, yang penting rasanya enak). selamat mencoba.
